Born in 1990 from the Parisian experience of the owners Carlo Ranieri and Veronique Raine, Le Véronique was the first to bring the Pizzeria Brasserie concept to Bari: a menu featuring pizzas, salads, and small specialties of French cuisine in a well-kept and distinctive environment that evokes the characteristic atmospheres of French dining.
